I love the Lord so much. I feel Him near me everywhere. When I hear this song I just wanna raise my hands and praise Him with all my being. Lord my soul belongs to you. Good song, I agree. But His blood alone will save a sinner “by grace”. We dont need to add works to something as amazing as just believing Jesus’ blood will cleanse us. Adding anything else to Salvation makes it works oriented, which is unscriptural. Then we can say it was something we did to get us to heaven, and we both know we can do nothing on our own to get to Heaven

I’m a 13 year old sinner saved by grace alone. he’s the only reason i live, but what a reason. i can’t thank the Lord enough for what he’s given me. I don’t deserve it but his mercy is so great he made me, a wretched sinner ,heir of his kingdom and all because of the sacrifice on calvary. THANK YOU JESUS!!!

when i grew up i was very un-sure about Christians and being one. I was Baptised twice, my mothers pastor claimed my baptisim was done wrong and my religion was WRONG. HE “rebaptised” me. I heard people in one breath claim to be “crhistian’, Then in the next breath swear and put God and country down. I decided if that was a Christian i wanted nothing to do with it. Now im 24 and relize what a REAL CHRISTIAN is. Thank you Jesus for sending Michelle and showing me Mark lowry and the Gaithers!

As a pastor’s kid, I grew up knowing the Gospel. I am somewhat known as an achiever, excelling in music, computer, logical thinking, etc. As I truly experienced God’s grace, I know that I am just a sinner saved by grace. If it were not for God’s blessings to me, I wouldn’t be where I am today. Due to its powerful message, this song ranks as one of my favorites.
Just this past Sunday, I won a badminton tournament, and it was then that the second verse of this song truly put my words into song.
