Question by Kit Kat Realtor in Dallas: Texas real estate license requirements for beginning my third year?
The TREC website is a little confusing. Anyone know if I still need to take SAE courses or move on to the MCE course? This will be my second annual renewal and I will be at the beginning of my third year.

no need to take the sae courses anymore. which sucks because i took them 2 years ago
